Cupping Therapy involves the use of plastic vacuum cups or silicone suction cups placed on the skin to create gentle suction. This technique targets the body’s fascial system, helping to release tension and improve mobility. By focusing on stubborn areas, cupping can reach deeper tissues, reducing restrictions and enhancing movement. This is combined with other massage techniques.
